Delivery & Shipping

A: We use express courier services for fast delivery across Spain and Europe. Typical delivery time is 2–4 business days.

 A: Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be changed after the order is placed. Please double-check before submitting.

A: No, delivery date or time requests can’t be guaranteed. We typically deliver between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

A: No — each order is limited to a single shipping address. If you want multiple delivery locations, place separate orders (each with its own shipping charge).

A: Self-collection (in-store pickup) is only available if you're located locally (for example, within Spain). Contact us ahead to schedule.

Orders & Payment

A: After logging in, go to the “My Orders” section. Order statuses may include: Pending Payment, Processing, Completed, On-Hold, Cancelled, or Refunded.

 A: You may cancel or change your order only before the status changes to “Processing.” Once processing begins (or the item is shipped), changes are not allowed.

A: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and bank transfers.

A: COD is available only for orders delivered within Spain (or a limited local area). For international orders, payment must be made online.

A: Payment must be completed within 24 hours, or your order may be canceled. After transferring, please send proof of payment via email so we can verify.

A: Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (usually within 10 minutes). If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder.

A: Unpaid orders remain in “Pending Payment” status and will not be processed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A: The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all original parts/accessories. Use an external protective layer (e.g. plastic or bubble wrap) so the item is secure.

A: No — items that show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

A: If the product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately (within a few days of delivery) with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

A: Contact us within 3 business days after delivery. Provide your order number and details. We’ll help correct the issue.
