1. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or warranty.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, etc.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or engraved items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Shipping costs (unless the product was defective or wrong)
3. How to Make a Return
- Contact our support team (email or via the website) within the 30-day period, stating your order number and reason for return.
- Upon approval, ship the item back to us using a secure method (you may need to pay return shipping unless we accept fault).
- Please do not send the product directly to the manufacturer.
4. Refunds & Processing
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
- If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method within a certain number of business days (this may vary by your bank/payment provider).
- If your refund is late or missing:
- Check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider (sometimes the refund takes time to post).
- Contact us.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately (within a few days of delivery) with photos and order details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- You will not be charged for returning faulty or incorrect items.
