Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or warranty.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, etc.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Shipping costs (unless the product was defective or wrong)

3. How to Make a Return

  1. Contact our support team (email or via the website) within the 30-day period, stating your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, ship the item back to us using a secure method (you may need to pay return shipping unless we accept fault).
  3. Please do not send the product directly to the manufacturer. 

4. Refunds & Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, we process your refund to the original payment method within a certain number of business days (this may vary by your bank/payment provider).
  • If your refund is late or missing:
    1. Check your bank or credit card account.
    2. Contact your payment provider (sometimes the refund takes time to post).
    3. Contact us.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us immediately (within a few days of delivery) with photos and order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
  • You will not be charged for returning faulty or incorrect items.
