1. Definitions & Scope

• “Customer” means any person placing an order via the Site.
• “Products” means the cricket gear, accessories, apparel, and related items sold through the Site.

• “Special Conditions” are any additional terms applying to specific Products or promotions.

These General Conditions govern the remote sale of Products offered via our Site. They form part of the sales contract between you (the Customer) and Cricket Shop Spain.

2. Order Process & Contract Formation

1. Order Submission
   When you place an order (by filling out the required fields and submitting), you send us a purchase offer.
   
2. Acceptance & Confirmation
   You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). This confirms we’ve received your order.
   The contract is concluded when we explicitly accept your order by sending a separate acceptance email, or (if we don’t reject it within 48 hours) it’s considered accepted.\
3. Right to Decline
    We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (e.g. due to product unavailability, pricing error, or suspicion of fraud). If we decline or cancel after you’ve already paid, we will refund your payment.
   
4. Customer Duties
   • You must provide accurate and current personal, billing, and delivery information.
   • You agree to check the Order Confirmation and contact us immediately if any detail is incorrect.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed include applicable VAT (unless otherwise stated).
  
• Shipping and handling fees will be added to the total amount and displayed before you finalize your order.
  
• We accept various payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, COD where applicable) as offered at checkout.
  
• For bank transfer payments, the order will only be processed once funds are confirmed.
  
• We may perform checks to verify the identity of the payment method’s owner. If verification fails, we may cancel your order.
  
• In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and retain any rights under law.
  

4. Delivery & Risk

• After acceptance of your order, we will dispatch the Product(s) using a courier or postal service.
• Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to force majeure, customs, or carrier issues.
  Title and risk pass to you once the product is handed to the carrier at our facility.
• If delivery is split, separate dispatches may incur additional charges.
• If we cannot deliver because of issues with the address or access, additional costs may apply.
  

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• We accept returns of eligible unused items in original condition within specified timeframes.
• For defective or incorrect items, replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion.
• We may inspect returned items before issuing refunds or replacements.
• Warranty claims are subject to statutory consumer protection laws and any additional manufacturer warranties.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Use

• All content on the site (text, images, logos, design) is protected by copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property laws.
